RE:Inspectorate suggests that Amulsar gold mine stop operationsEcolog, the article uses the term "suggested", and I think it does so quite intentially. Do you know if the Ministry of Nature Protection obligated to act on the suggestions of the Inspectorate, or are the Inspectorate's suggestions simply one input that the Ministry considers in the decision it ultimately makes?
