Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:Diagio is not the one

RE:RE:Diagio is not the one"Hmmm, let’s see, Diageo themselves have confirmed they are looking at 3 companies for an MJ investment, and only a month ago, the UK announced they will be legalizing MMJ, but according to you “England isn’t on the bandwagon? Give your head a shake man."

  • The British government has confirmed it will review the use of cannabis for medicinal use.
  • Laws over recreational use will stay in place.
  • Possession of cannabis in the U.K. carries a maximum jail term of up to five years in prison.

Not exactly legalization and Diagio has been "looking" at MJ companies for quite a while now.

Looking is not buying and they could be looking for quite a while more.   I am not trying to burst your bubble but the stock moved way more than it should have for a simple rumour.
