As per news release

Paid $1.3M for a company that just roped in $2.6M in revs last year, and drastically increased our product line and customer base. Adding more to my position. As they are saying SSC will claim ownership as of April 1st 2018, meaning all revs since then should now be on SSCs income statement for Q2 in addition to their already increasing revs. People sleeping on this hard, it will pop fast, touched 10cents on nothing in comparison to this just months ago.
