RE:It boils down to You are absolutely Correct.  And Nobody cares about fertilizer anymore.  Malhi and BullRun could use this War Chest and get us into a good play in one of many ventures that they look at on a regular basis.  I have invested with them in the past on serveral deals and they have Always made me Money....Cannabix made me a small fortune, as will MWM and PAT (although not their company they were instrumental in finance raising)....
All share olders need to vote this venture down and gewt the Clowns where they belong.....in a circus somewhere.  JMOI GLTA
