RE:RE:Blackstone deal closes Oct. 1 and tender offer coming!Its the typical pattern after a stock jumps on good news. A jump followed by some gradual pull back. The share buy back will be dutch oction style where where you tell them how many shares you are willing to tender and at what price. This tends too favor institutional investors over retail investors as they are in a better position to determine the best price to tender at. The range that they are looking at is 42 to 47 US.I am thinking of tendering all my shares at 47 us or close to it but will wait till closer to the end date with the idea of buying back for cheeper after the tender.
