TLT “is pleased” WTF?

TLT “is pleased” WTF? We all got the shaft!!! Are these MORONS breathing? How is this something to be HAPPY about? I am in the red here AGAIN because these inept leaders of ours don’t know how to get a stock price up! I Will NOT be screwed AGAIN! I will not be a fool and buy hoards of stock for their buddies to sell and then get a cheap pre discussed deal! That’s OBVIOUSLY what’s been going on here!!!!!
