The South Grass Valley Project is located approximately 50 kilometers (km) south-southwest of Barrick Gold Corp.'s Cortez complex, within the specific region of north-central Nevada. The Kelly Creek Project is located approximately 40 km north-northwest of Battle Mountain in Humboldt County, Nevada. The Awakening Project is located in Humboldt County, Nevada, 50 km north-northwest of Winnemucca, and 4,000 meters north of the 4.8-million-ounce Sleeper Gold Mine. The Company controls a large strategic land position in the central Powder River Basin of Wyoming and operates the Nichols Ranch ISR uranium project.

5 Million Ounces = 1.5 Billion Value

When gold was worth a little more, my rule of thumb was that a 5 million ounce discovery was worth approximately 1.5 Billion in market cap. This is just on average and doesn't take many things into consideration. Plus gold is way down since then, so my rule of thumb should be 5 million ounces = 1.1 Billion in market cap. Anyone have some numbers they want to thrown out there? I think NVDEF is shooting for the 10 million ounce range, which using my numbers gives NVDEF a market cap of 2.2 Billion at $22 per share. Not bad... Realty
