Just bought TEC for $1.3M via shares and12months to pay $150k cash of that $1.3M 
TEC revs in 2017 $2.6M canadian, assets unknown til ssc Q2 ER 
SSC cap currently $9.5M 

Sooner or later, valuation will match the constantly increasing income and major potential opening up
