quarter will come out and show likely 1-1.3 mm in sales....barf....they announced the deal early so the exchange would halt the stock as its alot easier to "try" to raise money when the stock is north of 20 cents....they knew they would be forced to update the big none happening P.O. and they knew it would tank the stock....

this is all planned to try to get some more money in and keep pushing a dumb idea down the road for another few quaters.....all these guys are is a bunch or morons...

Great promo last year...gotta give it to them...they looked themself in the mirror and pushed the send button on that big NR about the pending deal and sucked up all the warrents that got them to this point now its "hey look at the shinny deal over here"........people will get scammed again and again....there is no company here...
