I've been really patient with VMD, and it has paid off. I have also held PHM for a number of years, and will continue to do so for a while.

The difference between VMD and PHM is that PHM has a long history of remaining severly undervalued in spite of good results. If we really think about it, old PHM being 0.30 prior to the split was a ridiculous deal. But, alas, the market hates the PHM ticker for whatever reason.
