The Company will be restating its most recent annual audited financial statements with updated disclosures related to its business acquisitions and as a result, the Company expects its shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange to be trading shortly thereafter.  The Company is currently working with its auditors and the BCSC to resolve this matter.
