RE:Over Valued100% correct. You'll be able to buy in cheaper starting tomorrow when the patience runs out. At $1.00 SP Hip would have market cap of ~$600 million. Very overvalued. .70-.80 will be high holding price. You may see spikes but this companies true value is less than 300million. Only benefit for warrant holders will be a reverse split. Which will happen. Just my opinion.
