RE:RE:RE:News releasePiojoazul since your posting IVS has traded 2.4 million shares. the Two EDG directors could have bought their 2 million in the market w/o driving the share price up.
If you notice there is a continual supply of shares for sale over 0.18, could it be 2 million from the directors purchase from EDG? I believe it is.
The two directors have funded EDG from the listing of edg. they own 60+ % of the shares issued. These directors have never had a opportunity to sell their stock at a higher than their purchase price in 11 years. They have not exercised options or warrants either, letting them expire rather than throw good money after the bad already invested.
I am of the mind that they bought the 2 million IVS from EDG to sell, as they no longer have faith in their ability to recoup their investment, if the funds were invested in EDG stock.
This purchase by the Directors will alow EDG to pay RB and TC their annual income and pay filing fees, keeping the company alive, on support, as nothing will ever come from RB's efforts.
RB spending $1.3 million drilling 4 holes on the top of Elephant mountain in permafrost at 3200 ft elevation in Alaska and recovering .5 gpt will not excite anyone.
Now unfortunately the IVS shareholders have this block capping the market, I don't mind as we try to add to our IVS position when funds are available, having this supply to the market is advantageous to our investing goal. We are highly optimistic on the Pardo and expect the large bulk sample to be permitted soon.
The problem with this project is defining reserves, this needs to be mined like a placer mine, not so sure it should be in a public company. Good luck, thanks for your response, bt.
