investor relations

Since the reorganization in April, has anybody else noticed the lack of getting any kind of answers out of investor relations. I have not been able to get any kind of reply out of them for the past month, through email, or phone calls. Not even Lisa has been responding any more. Has anybody been able to get a question answered lately???
