RE:RE:Is IKM deal contingent on LNG construction permit?

RE:RE:Is IKM deal contingent on LNG construction permit?@R1sk: 2 info points and a question.

1.) PEA cannot get the construction permit by end of Sept that Alfred is now saying (was end of August 2 weeks ago). Certain of that.
2.) When after that, hard to say when UARB will put out or 'indicate' a timeline. (Chances of October look slim right now). Will post when I know more- official or otherwise.

Question: Say it is 3 months before there is a construction permit (it could be worse than that)- can IKM survive that long? (Taking into account that with an agreement creditors have incentive incentive to wait longer / be held off longer- although there will be questions of how PEA intends to pay pressing obligations, and the credibility of what they say.)

[It is from UARB hearing that I know details about PNGTS capacity and potential. I need to monitor a lot of UARB matters "in motion"- but there was no reason for the Pieridae application to be on my radar. So all I know about it is what is on public file, plus knowing how the Board works. An applicant can make the process move quickly (within limits)- I know for sure that PEA has not done that to date.]
