RE:RE:SD Court UpdateIt appears that's the tone of the order,specially that WI-LAN is behaving for both parties.I don't know about the appeal,why is it off the table?my understanding is Apple has 60days from the verdict day to appeal,correct me if I am wrong.
I believe we have a win/win situation now,it's a matter of what is the deal look like.WI-LAN should go back to its long time share price high.
