Regulators are not goingtopay attention until and unless you present it to them.

TSX and TSX-V are useless.   They work for the issuers.   Ditto for IIROC.  Theseorganizations will do nothing to help the minority shareholders.   They consider you sheep like this managment and BOD do.

You may get some headway with the Securities Commission in the province where the company is incorporated,  or the province where you actually reside.    Try them.  ONtario is the best of a weak and unorganized lot.     Alberta second.    BC IMO is totally corrupted over the years by the mining companies.     They work for the minig issuers and against the stockholders.

Goodluck,  glad I got out of a small position in  this one with a small profit.
