Going private is a posssibility.

Going private is a posssibility.Repeatedly issuing new shares by the way of private placements makes me think these shares are bought each time by the same fund or investor. If what I fear is right, then an important investor, (close to 100M shares) could easily convice a board of directors to go private when the share price retrace to a few pennies. Small investors are then washed out at a loss.

I had to go through this kind of bad experience when Grand Power Logistics went private after its share price sank to $0.035 for a while. Fortunately I did average down buying more shares at this low price before the company went private at $0.09.
