Good morning WC... first, I have to say I always wonder about these things. Who, when , why... then I try to put a scenario together that makes sense to me. Anyway I just believe it is a big player with deep pockets. Maybe an existing investor in accumulation mode. Always interesting to watch and see how things unfold. Wondering now how long we wait to find out what spurred the recent buying.
