re:Share price.....????Norbord just released rather good financials and declared a dividend of $4.50 per share payable on Sept.21/18.

Why did the share price drop from a close on Wed.,Aug.28/18 of $55.98 to $50.30/18, a drop of $5.43 immediately following this news release?

I would really appreciate some enlightenment on this as I just hav eno comprehension.
