I believe he means accept the offer so the cash amount per share will be received after completion of the corporate action. Yes we were played and I know what people are saying "why give them the company for nothing"? Though, I see it a different way. If not accepted then yes everything goes t!ts up, but still I'd rather receive the cash so I can at least make it work for me. How does this going broke make your life better or worse? Yes, you'll get satisfaction knowing they didn't get their way, but I'm looking at this monetarily and not based on principle. Not trying to sway anyone, this is just my take. I know what Gerald has been saying, though the Israeli's were the smartest of the bunch and no one put a gun to this company's head to accept that terrible deal. Funny enough, this probably would have gone broke if they did not make that deal. It's been a slice guys, off to other investments..
