I would say that Volume tells me that.....

There are no sellers at this price or lower

and that price / the chart means there is no real interest in this stock unless there is news....

If there was any business at a lower price that could be matched up then it would be moving lower. But since there are no sellers - there is no point moving it lower to give stock away.

Time is on your side as a buyer until it isnt. Unless you watch it like a hawk..... then the price you buy at may not be what you want or that close to the current price. of course the risk is that something goes belly up... But at some point the price will move (probably rather quickly). And if it isnt to the upside then next years drilling funds could result in some nasty dilution....

thats the name of the game. buy when there appears to be no buyers and when you have had no news for a long time (announcing they will do some drilling isnt really news). then hope that the news is good and sell some on the rhino horn. and keep the fingers crossed that the news doesnt give you the fishing line that results in dilution...
