Giving the principals warrants at this time looks like a sign we must be ready to get the show going. To make a profit on the warrants, the share price has to trade above 19 cents so management must believe we will see share appreciation. Last trade price was 7 cents, PP priced at 20 cents, warrants at 18 cents, my guess is 20 cents+ is a good guess.
