Re: US Listing , Aurora:
Watching several MidasLetter interviews with Cam and reading several articles, it appears that Aurora wishes to keep their name off the open US market, thus the Australis spinoff. In one interview, Cam specifically states that because MJ is still a federal schedule 1 drug in the US that at this time, Australis would handle Aurora`s spinoff into the US , avoiding infinitely any penalties that may be incurred now , and in the future. Aurora may have knowledge of said, and has sought to place further legal protections in place as a long term safety net , that again, are unclear to the shareholder but a form of protectionism to all . Yes, we have Aphria, Tilray , Canopy, Cronos whom all have listed on the US markets. That said, how any penalties could be incurred as Aurora seems to have set themselves up thus far as mainly a globally medical producer ? Several States are Rec Legal , as well as medical. Big Pharma far outweighs beverage companies, albeit both will benefit from the green rush. This Company does have a long term vision that may be difficult to process by we the shareholders. Everyone seems to be saying, get a deal, now! The vision of this company as we well know, is much different than the others. Different is good. Of course we are all wishing for the best for this company , regardless of the banter that occurs on these boards.
It takes great intestinal fortitude to ride a wave in this new ground breaking era, with a future that hopefully one day, we will look back and view the snapshot of this time and these posts ,with a grin and much green.
Believe.
Long Aurora!!
Knight Out.
