Pacific, and ALL SHAREHOLDERS it is time we take a stand... Is that not the reason shares come with voting RIGHTS? To speak out against corrupt insiders. We as shareholders (the real owners of any company) need to exercise OUR right to vote and force accountability. Cannot imagine a shareholder (aside from the bogus mgmt and manipulative insiders) who would actually cast a vote for these perpetrators (that's if they actually own stock... 1.6%... huh? The actual numbers are less than .3% with all the stock insiders have been dumping out of PI since March). Everyone who owns shares in this company needs to contact their broker concerning the upcoming proxy and ensure you WITHHOLD your vote for ALL legacy (current) board members and mgmt. Collectively we as shareholders can bring about real change. In the words of Donald Trump, let's make 'this Company great again!' Or perhaps for the first time.
