Convertible Preferreds

I think the conversion will lead to some selling pressure as the holders of the preferreds sell to get their money and allocate to other debt type instruments. I am expecting another good buying opportunity in the mid 10 dollar range again.
If it happens, the stock should rally quickly back to the mid 11 dollar range.
