RE:RE:the graft case crawls on....They ruled in accordance with the contract said, but then the issue of validity of the whole joint venture agreement was called into question due to the corruption question. There was further lawyering. I dont think that is a done deal while the jv is being fundamentally challenged in Bangladesh court.
