I've taken a look at this one and still on the fence about getting on board but theres a big difference between bankrupt and bankruptcy protection free lunch. It looks like they are covering there basis and restructuring. With blockchain moving up this may be a decent play. Just clarifying the info as the company is definitely not bankrupt.
