US Listing??

The problem here is that a substantial and sustained share price is needed BEFORE qualifying for a proper US Listing. You can confirm this by going to the NASDAQ website. This Company needs to inform investors as to why the trial has not started as yet. Some may argue that no news is good news, but I argue that no news whatsoever could be harbouring of news that may not be so good. I hope I am wrong, but the non information about what is going on tends to make me wonder.
