RE:News: DMD Digital agrees to be acquired for 25 cents a shareI’m disappointed with this transaction. I bought my shares at .34 just over a year ago and I’m losing money with this deal. They announced the deal just before Q2 financial results because they knew the results were positive and would drive the stock price up and they would have to pay more to take it private. How is this good for shareholders? I’m disappointed I with the management as they didn’t maximize the value for shareholders.
