RE:RE:RE:Short term catalysts?
the investor concern over Okanagan financing has been overplayed to the SP detriment. Construction is progressing nicely, Sunniva has avoided additional dilution to date, and Canopy is of course in the loop as to the progress and their interests in this development. Sunniva was never meant to be a legalization play, but is positioning itself nicely for the US market impending boom. California production starts in fourth quarter and expect Sunniva market cap to pop to around 400 million by the 1st quarter, 2019, this is in line with the average cap of its' top 6 peers in California. Estimate a revenue of 50-80 million in the 1st quarter, which will likely trigger a confident forward looking multiple, and should take off from there. A deal with a beverage company in California to compete or alongside Heineken is also a distinct possibility it seems as the winds are changing and to appease investors' short term horizons.
