ouch.
volume zero, interest zero, Mgt zero. News is scare and zero effect. financing ans serious dilution pending.
wow.
not really a glass half full assessment there.
i would suggest that interest exists. this board is reasonable given size of stock. bigger stocks have less posts on their board.
news will come. i think i would be holding back positive news at the moment if i was CEO. wait for market to stabilize so stock benefits. but there is no news until some work is done. which is happening. i would expect something more at end of sept or october timeframe.
mgt zero.... i suspect that the likes of sprott and mcewen will have 2 key factors for an investment. 1) potential of site. 2) they have positive view on mgt team. i'm happy to role with their assessment since they have better access to mgt than me.
financing and dilution.... thats possibly true. they will need finance for next year. there will be dilution as a result. presumably if price remains <.50 the financing will be more next year than this.... ideally you want to wait for positive upmove before financing. i do not think there is a rush. but we all need to consider that if the price in gold dips down and remains below current levels then good news may not see much uptick in stock price and could see dilution at these levels..... we also need to consider that good news flow sees prices uptick and i know one stock which is 2.5 times the price it was a month ago. so it can happen. and likewise that even within prolonged down turns in miners we see rallies. so there is a decent window to enable the dilution to be well above >.50 since well over 5m in funds and current programme fully funded.
the determination of the price to maintain the low from end 4-6 weeks ago given hammering of other stocks is very pleasing from one aspect. it would be nice to see a dip lower to get some more stock at a bargain price, but do not think it will happen.
