Torstar vs. Post Media

Torstar vs. Post MediaPost Media has substantial debt , a negative net worth , sales similar to Torstar , but a market cap of about 135 million dollars . Torstar which supposedly has no debt ( Are they on the hook for Vertical Scope debt ? ) , 50 million dollars of cash , owns that supposedly valuable Vertical Scope , a supposed book value of 3 dollars a share is trading a few pennies off it's ALL TIME low of a buck and low change and has a market cap of about 100 million dollars . Can anybody answer that one ? No point in asking management because we have no vote and NO SAY . As I said before , you have to be an idiot to buy non voting shares ( I think I am the biggest idiot of all . No , I will give that one to a famous U.S. citizen ) .
