Not sure when but not today based on IIROC webpage. There is a section on hte web page where you can ask IIROC the question but not sure if hte application was done by FGD.

In the last NR they didn't provide a date for application

The Company is now current with respect to its financial reporting and will be applying to the regulators and applicable exchanges for approval to resume trading.
