There is published an article on GZZ today on www.seekingalpha.com.

I think it's pretty good in it's detail. It does not cover the tax implications or any tax shielding
if GZZ were to transact with RZZ in a merger/acquisition where RZZ were the surviving company, or if GZZ just sold some RZZ stock in the open market and used the proceeds to buyback GZZ stock in the open market.

GZZ very undervalued in any case.
