Baby steps they are. Need environmental impact study, aboriginal consultation, aboriginal impact agreements/ benefit agreements,water permits, tailing permits, mine closure , and whole lot more consultations, etc .The aboriginal peoples will make sure they get it right and once all the ducks are well lined up then they may give the nod to proceed with the mine. It will be a huge project with a lot of moving parts and a lot of patience will be required. All this will not prevent NOT to announce where they will build their facility in the nearn term as Cliff did and we are all fully aware where that ended up. In the mean time one could accumulate shares if you can weather the validity.
