Just dont like false hopes and a board where people dont work together.  Investors like myself want the company to do well -- without a doubt -- but this management move needs to be questioned for the pp if these results are good -- I have a big problem with doing a pp at this low price -- it means dilution simple then the likely hood of a reverse plit is on the horizon so if we invest here we loose.  that is the build up that this management is heading us for with a promise of Ohh we need the money to continue -- with all of the hype -- which i believe was valid considering what they achieved in jan 31 -- they should have been headed down the road for big loans -- this i support not what they said oh we need 400 thou to pay our bills WHAT did they do with the 700 thousand they got a few months ago ??? Come on this means that hteir results are NO GOOD otherwise they would have people knocking on there door to GIVE THEM MONEY NO PROBLEM 
Im off for 2 weeks and watching impatiently
