RE:Update???Yes...it's been twenty six days of intense negotiations...Is this as complicated as a NAFTA deal?  
And probably a few months of discussions with Aralez and Deerfield prior to the letter of intent!  OMG!
Perhaps Knight should just lend Nuvo the cash for this transaction in exchange for a huge stake in the company?  And then Knight should just buy out all the long suffering Nuvo shareholders at a huge premium? 
One can only dream....
