I sometimes look back at this great debaucle to tear me up if my eyes are dry. Tom is now working on a new scheme - he and his group of "experts" are proposing to buy into an existing mining and concentrating operation, then expanding the operation to produce a PLS from the tailings of a nearby smelter which will then be sold to an existing electrowining refinery. They have listed a new company on the Santiago stock exchange for this purpose - Looks like they are financing everything with private placements so shareholders will see massive dilution (what else is new/)
