I think you are correct in the Dividend cut - there is no way this company should be paying almost 5% in Dividends so I suspect you will see a cut - probably down to 1 cent from 3 - which will encourage even more folks to bail along with the tax loss selling season so I am with you on the 4 - 5 dollar range.  At the end of the day all management and the BoD is really concerned about is making the payroll each month so the stock value is so low on their priority list as to be virtually invisible.

I do, however, disagree about additional cuts beyond the dividend - I suspect you will see additional bonuses come out shortly if past behaviour is any indicator.

again, sadly they can do as they please.
