Another key reality--as far as I know, there aren't any armed rebels who, in less than a day, can shut down the one road that carries most of the cobalt to the outside world--state highways in Idaho are safe except for when bars close at 2:00 am.  Depending so on DRC cobalt is global insanity.  Now, why can't the lethargic mgmt do something with this huge difference?
