Activist investors Riposte Capitol (a major shareholder of HEXO) would like HEXO to realize more of its inherent value through a possible no premium merger with another LP with greater regional and MEDICAL market exposure. Perhaps EMH would be the ideal partner. Molson Coors could even through in some cash to help make it happen and sweeten the deal for shareholders of both companies also giving MC shareholders a stake in the medical / nutraceuticals business.
