Auxly will develop certain segments of FV’s footprint in exchange for 49.9% of all the cannabis supplied by these segments. 

The HUGE share price (which is obviously postivie) has nothing to do with XLY's stock.

****Note- the key words in the  agreement is "certain segments" .
