I agree the metrics are all positive, however, Mr. market is speaking volumes.  A "bad" company with good to exceptional management will do well, an average - to good company, with average to good, management will also do well.  Unfortunately even a company with exceptional "intrinsic value" when everyone has lost faith in the BoD and management - is not so fortunate. Sadly, I already own way too much of this company.  I think I will wait until the end of Tax-loss selling season and see if that might be the time to average down (usually a bad idea I know) if the stock sinks as many have suggested into the 3 - 4 dollar range.

When all is said and done, the stock price, hence the value of any company, is entirely dictated by what people are willing to pay.  From the looks of things, for CPG, until there is some DRAMATIC change in management and BoD (we've already established the intrinsic value of the company is sound) that's not much and getting less every day.
