at a cost plus 10% and thats floating cost NOT FIXED. where was that in the original release ! for the amount of money these guys are pisssing away getting to buy at a discount they better pray the government doesn't cap the gram price, these guys are betting the farm that there is going to be a shortage and the sellable gram doesnt cap. Quite the savy exec we have here!
