Are you able to comment on the 1MM sq foot green house as this topic seems to have gone silent? In your opinion is ICC moving fast enough to be one of the  dominant players in SA. Thank you well done

Hi, Definitely a very comforting experience that made me realize the value of what I own. Alejandro is definitely a good fit as CEO given his connections. It's great you ask that, because I did get more information regarding that. So in Uruguay any Cannabis plant that is for grown recreational purposes (thc> 1-2%), is grown in a facility that is: 1. On Government land 2. With Government military guarding it 24/7. And 3. Product is sold to government who then resell it and make their cut. So with this deal the difference is, this land is going to be used solely for export into other markets rather than be sold in the domestic market. With that being said Alejandro informed me of this. They are essentially trying to work out a deal where the Government of Uruguay collects something from them exporting to other buyers. Essentially there is a possibility of some form of gross revenue percentage royalty paid to the government for all the sales of production from this facility sold to other countries (I.e Europe, Canada, LATAM..etc). Obviously it's not definitive yet, it seems this will only become more material as the government and them engage in more discussions. I have no further information other than that. I assume planning/ construction of that would occur after a definitive discussion with the government. Ok to your next point. Definitely, they are only months away from having the largest and first of it's kind extraction lab on a TAX FREE ZONE for medidicinal purposes in LATAM. The thing that people don't realize is that Canopy and Aphria still have a lot of hoops to jump through before they have a similar government and local relationships and infrastructure in place. They will catch up for sure, but I would safely say ICC has significant leadership in the region and once the sales move through their numerous supply agreements in LATAM, they'll be the first sourced GMP CBD extracts in the region being sold through multiple different points of sales, via Europharma. Hope this helps you guys! I'm glad to share. Uruguay is also a really nice country, do visit if you can. Alejandro is always open to it!
