Computrex Centres Ltd operating out of Calgary is where IT all Started__and after
struggling thru the 90s that business Failed__resulting in the RTO by Canmex in
2005 operating as an oil and gas company out of Calgary__just in time for the
2008 Disasterous collapse in oil and gas prices__which by early 2009 had
totally distroyed the Canmex operations__leaving them as a SHELL with NO
viable business.

From 2009 all the way thru til the October, 2017 announcement of the RTO by
Desert Lion Canmex kept limping along__making an attempt first to get into
the Lower Mainland BC real estate__but that proposed RTO ultimately failed
and was not consumated__then Canmex tried another RTO into the mining
business__but that also failed and was not consumated.

Thus DTraders__surely you can see that there has now been almost 3 DECADES
of prior history__and over those years__especially from 2009 all the way to the
2017 Desert Lion RTO__there WOULD HAVE BEEN a continous series of
Private Placements of CHEAP SHARES just to keep Canmex heart beat going.

And then to top of these cheap shares__there are the Lucky shareholders
of the Pivate Ontario Listed companies which VENDED the actual Mineral
Rights to Desert Lion during the RTO of Canmex late last year.

Putting together these TWO Sources of CHEAP SHARES held by LONG
SUFFERING shareholders of both Public and Pivate companies__really
should NOT take a Rocket Scientist to figure out where MOST of the
cheap Anonymous dumping likely has come from so far All This Year eh!!!

So here we are in the mid 30s__and with the current structure of Options
held by the current DLI Managemen/Insiders__I continue to suspect that
this may end up finally being the bottem__pending of course any major
disastrous news.
 

Great sleuthing, Red. Valuable content to add to the board, and help investors put the recent share price decline in perspective. I agree regarding the source of these cheap shares, in all likelihood exacerbated by the general bloodbath in all things lithium-related this year.

DLI seems to have found some support at these levels, and candidly I've been nibbling here here after buying a bit around $1.00 and again around $0.60. I've spoken to their head of IR (Salisha), and she's been extremely helpful and straightforward. Take a look at some of the names on their board, in addition to the management team starting with Tim Johnston - IMHO, this company has the potential to build some real shareholder value for investors in the years ahead.

Certainly won't be without risk or volatility, but if you believe in the lithium story and don't think there will be a glut of product over the next couple of years (I fall in this camp), they have all the ingredients necessary to execute on their stated plans. Just my humble opinion, of course, please do your own DD and research.

FoundryMan__now that I have shown the True Source of virtually all the Cheap Shares__you can now see that what I had Posted about CanMex last week was NOT the true source__rather what I was doing was continuing to test DTraders apparent IGNORANCE in this regard.

FoundryMan__I would NOT get too excited about the DLI Management or the Board members__with the CEO already taking out $500K in Base Pay and Bonuses certainly
curdles any enthusiasm on my part__sending negative signals to all seasoned investors eh?

Also bear in mind that the CFO Bozoki is just one more F&M foot soldier__as is Board Member Theron who is also the current CEO of Trigon Metals.

Finally do not overlook that the office address for Desert Lion is none other than the Queens Street Mother Ship__which I know you are quite familiar with by now eh!
