RE:RE:RE:Halted- cease trade order

ER —> Earnings Report for what I am using it for. Basically, via email and latest news release, they have to adjust their 2nd quarter earnings data to include TEC’s earnings information as well. This is because even though the deal closed recently (right as Q2 ER due), it was back dated to April 1st 2018. Meaning TEC Q2 Earnings, are actually SSC’s earnings now.
