I'm a shareholded but I'm going to play devil's advocate until trst mgmt confirms the rumour....That being said, often times high volume occurs on tops as "insiders/manipulators" sell into rumours/news.

Mgmt not confirming this leads me to believe they didn't say what's rumoured to have been said.It's simply illegal to only tell some shareholders about material future events. Full disclosure is the law.

Anyone care to tell me why I'm off base here? Cause I'd be happy to be wrong.
