Jigsaw good post, but why do you think Xincas will say yes to allowing THO to continue operating their silver mine. Everything is pointing to
no, unless Quatemala's present gov't removes itself from the UN's absurd
interferring with sovereignty, indigenous obstructionism, act.

Why do nations sign these stupid UN regulations suggestions. The indigenous are
conquered not special exceptions that can block sovereignty. Yes they are entitled
to be treaty fairly like citizens but not like little nations in nations.
